This registration form is only for Non-Regatta participants to join the Thistle Painkiller Regatta Dinner.  All CLSA is welcome!  $20 per meal (Steak, Portabella or limited Chicken options) will be collected at the event.  RSVP requested by Tuesday, May 28th.
