Come out to the lake for a Bonfire, Pot-Luck Dinner, and Starry Night Sail!
We will gather at 6:00 to start dinner. The grill will be fired, up so you can bring your own meat or other protein to put on the grill. Please also bring sides and drinks to share. (We will provide some vegetarian Chili as our contribution to the pot luck)
There will be a big bonfire where we can swap sailor stories.
After that, weather permitting, we will set sail on the lake. There will be no moon that night, so there is the potential for great star gazing. We will put extra lights on the CLSA dock to aid returns.
Please Register if you plan to attend.
Always check the cancellations page at CLSASailing.org before you come out.
All sailboats must have proper lights to sail at night. Cabin boats should have built in running lights. Boats under 21 feet have simpler light requirements. Often battery powered lights can be used for a small boat or replace a non working light, so racing dingys can be outfitted.
